What is a franchise?

A franchise is another word for setting up your own branch, or business, of an already established brand. It's like buying a business in a box - you buy the rights to all of our proven models, processes, know-how, intellectual property, and Music Squad brand. It means you run your very own Music Squad community.

How do I get into schools?

We have a proven, reliable method for marketing and selling to schools, which avoids cold calling! We’ll also support you with your first campaign to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Do I need experience? I don't know much about business!

You're an expert at teaching the piano, not at business - we get it! We don't expect you to know how to run a business... we do, and that's why we're here to help you! Teaching experience definitely required, business experience definitely not required!

What kind of support will I get?

You'll have dedicated training when you join, and when you're ready to start growing a team. You'll have constant support from our dedicated franchise support team, as well as a network of other branch owners. We're here to support you every step of your Music Squad journey.

What will I be doing day to day?

Depending on your business plan and the size of your team, you’ll be marketing to and looking after your own schools, families, and small team of piano teachers - as well as teaching amazing Squaddies. But how you build your week is totally up to you.
